Realize when you set out to change a belief about
yourself how long that unsupportive behavior or belief
deeply rooted itself into your belief structure.

It’s like pulling those nasty weeds in your garden

Takes continued supportive care to remove the weeds
and allow a beautiful garden to grow

If it all sounds a bit hokey pokey, it did to me, too at first
Stay tuned cuz I promise this stuff works

With continued activity, you will gain back your personal
power
, and lemme tell you, it’s one of the most rewarding
experiences you have in life

Listen as the wind rushes past your face as you
soar like an eagle on a bright sunny day into
peaceful bliss

Yea, it’s like that ;)

Today’s video is the first step to kicking that little
voice to the curb faster than a crack dealer who
just sold you some sugar.

Quite a vivid imagery, yes?

It’s my intention to have what I’m sharing with you
here on Mine My Inner Gold to stick so you begin
to take hearing about these tools to using them
in your own life.

Feeling good is great and yet it does nothing for
us until we put into use what we’re learning.

The faster we put into action the more time we
have to live the life we *want* to live.

Listen, we all wear costumes at some point in
our life. Simplify your life by allowing your inner
light to shine, your real you, no matter what
situation you find yourself in.

Only *YOU* choose how you feel.

If you can choose to get mad in reaction mode when
something crazy occurs or choose something as
complex as staying in your comfort zone because
it makes you comfortable when in reality our comfort
zone is the biggest paradox in history as it causes
us discomfort by being inflexible.

If you can choose those complex behaviors, oh baby,
smile a little while cuz you’re in for a treat.

Smile, cuz it’s even easier to choose to feel good.

    Great job Matt! Love the Mickey Mouse voice :) my favorite is Donald Duck nothing like an inner belief speaking to me in a quacky voice to take the charge off. I loved the vid and you just explained one of the NLP techniques so simply and easily. Looking fwd to the next one!

    Haha, try taking the little voice seriously when it tells you
    something crazy as it speaks in a cartoon character’s voice.
